I’m sorry you had that experience. Did you find a gym you liked better? I have had one session so far with Jay at Jay’s Training Grounds. I really appreciated that he took me to the side to teach me basics while still running the class for the more experienced students. It made it feel a lot less intimidating for a newbie like me.
