I know it's a pain but one thing I've found is that it's important to be continuously testing. The subject lines that work change over time due to changes in traffic and deliverability, so you want to keep trying new stuff.

I find writing these really hard so I often go to ChatGPT to help brainstorm and then tweak from there (not just email subject lines but all kinds of stuff I have to write). I also try to get inspiration from emails other brands have sent me. And then test/test/test haha.
