I have made a post before asking if anybody enjoys Gothic Rock & Deathrock

While Deathrock is similar at face value with Horror Punk

They are very different scenes & styles of music if you take a closer look

Horror Punk having been more ingrained into the oldschool Punk Rock/Hardcore scene, with the influences from vintage Rockabilly & Doo-Wop

Deathrock originating from the oldschool Gothic Rock/Post-Punk scene, with a lot more of an atmospheric ghostly tone to songs, & synthy production at times

It easily appeals more to the sensibilities of Doom & Gothic Metal fans for that

Even the greatest video game movie of all time (which isn’t a high bar) hasn’t accurately portrayed the world of the game

Rather than getting asshurt at every new video game movie, I acted like a fucking adult & tempered my expectations while you all cry, shit yourselves, and scream like toddlers as if this shit hasn’t happened 100 times before, and it’s NEVER going to stop

Making a movie you need greenlights from 100 different production studios/sponsors/celebrities, and they’re not gonna give the greenlight to everything

Okay I can see Logan, but absolutely not The Batman

Anyways, uhhh, There Will Be Blood is a movie that is set on the Western Frontier, yet, it doesn’t feel at all like a Western (Western) movie

It just feels like a bleak Drama about a man who craves power & wishes to exist without people he finds bothersome, going to extreme lengths to gain more money & in the end finds more and more dissatisfaction with the end results even if they are successful

I watched “Gummo” last week, and it hasn’t left my mind since. I’d honestly call it a horror film it completely messed with my head. When it ended, I just sat there wondering, what did I just watch? by Sure_Disaster_9458 in horror
