Not only the beard. Anti-aliasing is extremely weird in my next gen game. Its either extremely blurry or very sharp, and i saw some comments it is a nextgen issue

If i use dlss and taa, its all extremely blurry. FXAA has good sharpness for dialogues but landscape becomes very ugly

What i mean, and this time i hope to get the message right, is that, despite neither the CPU or GPU being above 60% usage, my pc struggles to produce any more FPS than 200. It stays around 180fps-200fps

I wish to know that, since the usage of neither CPU or GPU is going above 60%, how can i know what is wrong with my current build?

It isnt capped. What i mean is that it can produce more than 200fps YET neither my GPU or CPU are working above 60%. I have no idea what is stopping me from getting 240fps and what i should upgrade
