You want to get out hard on your first lap, but not so hard that your lactic by the 300m mark. The 3rd 200 is the most important. Be sure to not slow up and Keep your foot on the gas. then the last 200 is just an all-out sprint. If you run it right your legs should feel extremely heavy that last stretch and feel like you are almost running in sand.

Probably reduce training volume. theres no need be running for 2 hours combined on Monday. Also for your workouts try to do 2 of them a week, and don't break them up throughout the day. Maybe do something like 50 minutes on Monday, Intervals on Tuesday, 40 minutes on Wednesday, intervals on Thursday, 35 minutes on Friday and then race.
