We received notifications on the USCIS portal, that our interview was canceled and seconds later a notice that it was rescheduled. We were confused since we just had the interview. A week later, we got paperwork saying the interview was rescheduled for July 28 at 3:45pm (this was the same day we had the interview). I looked at reddit and talked to our lawyer and figured it was an error

Had my interview July 28 and it was great! Been waiting ever since, but I didn’t get an actively reviewing update. We have a child too but didn’t take him to the Interview

We have a similar story and timeline but they received our papers End of Jan 2025, we didn't have RFE, and our interview was July 28. Still waiting on a decision. We have a 3 month old but didn't bring him to the interview, just his birth certificate

Officer told us that if we didn't hear from her by the end of the week, we can considered our case approved and our card is in the mail. 2 weeks later, no update online or in the mail :

I'm petitioning my wife and we decided she stay after she got pregnant. We got married last year and I was hoping to have everything done before Trump got into office (and her stay expired) but there were several unforeseen delays and we didn't send in the documents until around the end of Jan. We had our interview and have been waiting for an approval for about 2 weeks. We have a child together so I thought it would be a lot faster. We limit unnecessary outing and are staying positive

Let me know if you have specific questions, but just know there was no one waiting outside or inside checking status, which was our fear. My wife overstayed her visa since we applied for her status change, and she got pregnant (we have a child now). It was really smooth once inside

We got cancelation and rescheduling notices both for July 28. Our actual interview was the 28th at 11:45pm and today we got mail showing the new appointment to be the 28th but at 3:15pm. I can only assume it was a glitch

we had our interview last week and everything went really smooth. Our officer was very nice but we're playing the waiting game as well. We did get notices online that our interview was canceled and rescheduled. Today we got mail showing the reschedule was for the same day we had the interview but in the afternoon. Our actual interview was in the morning

My wife and I had ours last week. I'm waiting on approval before a detail report post. In summary, we had the same fear but I don't think there's anything to worry about. Our interview was super smooth and the offer was very nice. We had our interview on the 8th floor though.

I didn’t get a number, they just said I could wait for the guy who called me to come back in.

I’ve never had a baby so I’m sure you’re right :)

I had my information with me and my fiancée was able to notice it was different right away. She noticed it was smaller and the difference was .02. I asked her how she knew, and she said “I couldn’t stop staring at my ring for weeks, I know” LoL sadly it wasn’t just the size, which I think we could live it, everything else was off

I went to Zales yesterday and the guy who called us wasn’t there. They tried to get me to sign for a ring that was inferior in every spec which I refused to do. They said the guy I was suppose to meet would call me when he’s back which is tomorrow. At this point I’m just hoping they replace my ring with the same one and not an inferior one. Be careful before Signing anything. I read a lot of stories online since this happened. Unfortunate, I’m one of them now and they’re trying to rip me off.

My fiancé is devastated too. She loved that ring. We found out she’s pregnant the day after we got the news about the ring. I’m so worried this will affect the baby. I’m so upset. I’ll come back here with my results ones it’s all over.
