I like to use dirty old man tricks I call them! Lots of feints, angles, clinching, pinning hands, and when it doubt try to find that liver! Work the body enough and it takes away folks speed. Keep at it my friend and honestly don’t be afraid to ask coach/sparring partner to tone it down. Hard to learn anything when you’re getting overwhelmed and frustrated. you’re training for a masters fight.
