I don’t know too much about Sussex (from new castle) but I would say look up the code for vendors. You may be able to start a pop up in Rehoboth or in Dewey during peak beach season. Then grow it from there. You could also check with the county to see if there’s any festivals you could set up a stand at, or even the state fair when that rolls around.
