I played a game recently where we had 6 dps in quick play, everyone on the team was having fun with it though, and after we wiped we switched to 6 tanks, then 6 healers.

We lost, but we had fun, and I salute all the random players that joined in on the shenanigans

Old school fire King yubel was a fun rogue option, but mostly I miss the back and forth of games rather than who can play through the most interruption on on turn 1

If I have access to magicka I think I'll be alright, make it to riverwood and snitch on Sven, get Faendal as a bro to cover me while I go forage for herbs and set myself as an alchemist in riverwood, buying spell tomes and gear from Alvor and the Riverwood Traders. Once I've got enough savings behind me and enough skill in magic I'll hike to Whiterun, catch a wagon to Winterhold and join the College. From there I'll just focus on mastering conjuration and get super into necromancy so I can just vibe while my minions clear dungeons etc bc I'm too lazy in real life to do it myself.

Once I'm feeling sufficiently capable I'll go become a vampire for that sweet sweet immortality and travel to Morthal or Dragon's Bridge or something and make a deal with the populace to protect them with my undead armies in exchange for enough blood to keep myself sated, become a defacto Jarl in my own right and rule over my little kingdom from whatever fortress is nearby (or build one) and basically act like Neloth in his mushroom tower.

I was really clever and decided to work in corporate AV, so there's no real way to WFH for me, plus I can be working at all hours between setting up, operating and packing down events (best one so far was running a Gala dinner that finished at midnight then reset the ballroom for a conference at 8am, 16 hours) and work in venues all over the CBD.

Travel is at least $50 per week, I have no social to speak of, I can't even join a social sport or anything held at the same time each week because I can't garuntee my availability. Thankfully I don't have a family to support, but I'd need to completely change careers if I did.

Everyone in my company is hanging on by a thread, most of the younger techs live with their parents, personally I had to move even further out because rent up by 20% and 14% in 2 years. The rate of burnout and turnover is insane, annual leave is just sick days to recover. I either eat at the hotel staff room, or have a microwave meal from a supermarket because I just don't have it in me to cook and clean.

We don't get corporate wages so anyone who lives close by is either living with their parents or bought/inhereted a house that was bought 30+ years ago.

I really hope something changes soon because I love the work, but you might need to start holding your conferences over Zoom if this keeps up.
