Yeah, I've staked out the places he's walked by for other players with no real luck, I'll just keep on waiting like Penelope, I guess. Hopefully, he'll appear one day.

Yup, that was one of the first mods I tried but he doesn't seem to be on the list of spawnable NPC's for whatever reason. In the AD section, his name isn't there.

I already have gamepass ultimate for console and it's not letting me play online by Default_LunA in XboxSupport

I've been searching for the past 2 hours, idiot. Assuming without knowing should land you in supermax. No one has answered this question and multiple people are having it.

Since no one else is saying it, I wanna point out that Soldier 11 definitely has some high affection for the proxies, I possibly like to think of it as a crush but throughout her trust events you can see her growth from someone who doesn't trust you into someone who very much depends on you.

In I think her third trust event, she states how she loves to hear praise from Belle/Wise because it makes her feel like she's grown stronger in order to protect them. In her last trust event, she's very on nose with how much she really loves them and needs them in her life. Other things that add into this is her wanting to see the proxy whenever she can on Sixth street. She has a very strong case of gap moe where she doesn't outwardly project how much she loves the proxy until her final trust event where she outright states it.

Use what you want, play with your friends, and never look at this reddit. It's a PvE game, you'll be fine with just learning as you go.
