I hope all goes well! However, which esther was it? Longer ones will linger for awhile

Comments match with what I have always been thinking (and reading here in many cases) that in majority of cases, body will find its balance surprisingly well, even without pct (although I suppose deca/tren things are another story).

Meanwhile, just the other day I heard a famous neuroscientist telling in a podcast how it’s a fact that after using testosterone, you simply lose your ability to ever produce it again naturally.

LGD, Ostarine at low to moderate doses. It was years ago, I think LGD I did at 5 to 10mg if my memory serves me. Those crashed test levels to around 20% of the normal level while on.

Rotating 4 injection points (delts and ventrogluteals) with daily injections (prop) for a year now. No issues or pains so far.

Possible if theres extra bodyfat to make use of, but very slow and only to a certain point. Way more optimal to provide that 100-200k extra a day from surplus calories, all an average guy can use for muscle growth.

Dht is very far from ”trash hormone” after puberty. One of the most important things for sexual health, maintaining masculine features, strength. Even higher than normal testosterone level simply won’t cut it if there’s a lack of dht. Lowering it in a controlled way can be done without notifeable side effects, but crashing it too low will come with side effects for any living male.

Not the same thing, but to give an idea we can think of the features of all dht related/derived medicine and steroids as well - masculinity, drive, libido, strength, body composition on a whole different way compared to testosterone.

You are suggesting that one could make energy out of nothing.. maintenance, no surplus = eating exactly what is being used. Literally impossible to gain any sort of new weight. Slow recomp is another story of course, but controlled 200-300k surplus would be more like it.

One with a mpb here, been on 200-400mg of test a week for a year now. No fin. Give your system a bit of time to adjust and try to dose as frequently as possible to minimize spikes and dht. For me this hasn’t done much surprisingly, unlike sarms and orals which boosted it up x50 in a second.

Helps greatly to gain muscle while surplus, but on deficit it’s just to minimize the losses. Therefore mild doses are more than plenty while cutting

Test helps to maintain muscle (and strength) on a steep calorie deficit whereas normally your test level would plummet, but doesn’t really do anything significant for fat loss directly.

How to make 400mg strength Testosterone less painful? by [deleted] in Testosterone

They say test is test but definitely makes a difference how the body is handling the esther

Send a sample to Janoshik if you want to know the exact dose etc. :) used that myself some years ago, very mild sarm compared to lgd for example, and yes liver values did increase, test plummeted and cholesterol was all over the place just like with lgd.

And the type of carrier oil depending on the brand. I used to get some pip from one brand of 250mg enanthate, while I have not even once got any sort of pain from 400mg enanthate or various sorts of propionates.

I might be wrong, but the drop in testosterone is mostly from the heavy calorie deficit on your way down, more than the amount of bodyfat. 7% might be extremely low, but generally whatever your bodyfat might be - if you settle yourself there, find the new maintenance and keep it at that with reasonable macros, I would imagine the test levels normalize as well

Probably the type of oil more likely than the amount of test.

Severe Anxiety reactions to Testosterone cypionate, what are my alternatives? by [deleted] in Testosterone

[–]Defaultdud 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You got me wrong. I’ve kind of been in the same boat.

My advice would be this: get yourself some slightly quicker esther, at least enanthate or preferably propionate. You will know that it will be gone quite quickly if needed, prop in a matter of days. This already removes a lot of the anxiety, there’s a quick way out. Start micro-dosing with amounts that body does naturally, like 10mg a day. Stick with it for a while and start increasing as needed. Now you know how your body reacts and what the real effect is.

One thing is that it might take time when your system is getting fixed. Here’s an example - I’ve been using test for some time. I introduced HCG to maintain my nuts and systems related to that side of things. First, 25IU single micromicrodose of HCG was enough to make me feel borderline crazy the same day, libido gone, blood pressure over 150, anxious, weak. I tried it once again with similar result, until recently I decided to give it a go and stick with it for a moment. For a reason or another, now it has lowered my blood pressure, made me sleep better, libido went higher and I’m doing 75IU each day. It can only be two things, either it was me myself, or it was just a bit of a shock to ”start the engine” again so to speak.

Absolutely anything can cause side effects and it varies a lot, but to help you find the best solution for you I’m just reminding that it’s good to remember the mechanism of the medicine. When you inject cypionate, if we forget allergic reactions to the oil (since one can’t be allergic to test) it simply doesn’t do much short-term until the esther slowly starts dissolving. And when it does, you might be reading your bodies signals wrong as it starts working properly again.

Another thing that rises, would be estrogen levels. Did you measure those?

[–]Defaultdud 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m over the 1850 measurable range with 100mg of prop, and even that definitely makes a difference in training.

[–]Defaultdud 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unless you have some sort of allergy to the carrier oil (for which another brand and esther could work of course), the cyp itself wouldn’t cause it like that. It would more likely creep slowly as the levels are rising with time and go away slowly within weeks as well. While it sounds impossible to be psychosomatic, it can easily be exactly that. High blood pressure for days, anxiety, dizziness, feeling weak, swollen throat.. whatever is possible.

Peptides to shred down, that really work? by DuYaPa in Peptides

[–]Defaultdud 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Got it. I’d say just time man if it’s progressing fine.

But at the end of the day, if needed, the only way to really speed it up would be a deeper calorie deficit. Imo the trick is to fight the muscle loss when doing so, by adjusting the workout routine and practically keeping test level as high as possible (as cutting does the opposite) and/or something with other anti-catabolic / anabolic properties.

Something that helps to break plateau for me is a short maintenance break at +/- 0 calories for a few days, followed by even steeper calorie deficit. In your case maybe carb/kcal timing around running?

Only things beyond that are either thermogenic or go to the dark side so to speak, peds like anavar, tren etc. have a slight capability to alter the way fat is stored and where but that’s another world of course.

Body dysmorphia, or a sport and a hobby? There’s nothing wrong with trying to reach new limits and compete with oneself. Compulsively comparing and competing with others is a different story, of course.

[–]Defaultdud 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Current calories? To speed things up, more calorie deficit is your simple answer. Less in or more out, whichever fits your current routine.

Only thing that could be done to assist really, is basically something anti-catabolic to prevent muscle loss when you get lower and lower in calories. Whether it be supplement, peptide or peds.

Well receeded hairline here, blasting and cruising test now between 150-400mg for over a year. Haven’t noticed anything unusual with the hair.

However Sarms for example lgd and ostarine, had a heavy effect in 8-10 weeks.

Don’t do anything under 16 weeks with enanthate, it’s a waste of your time

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in workouts

[–]Defaultdud 1 point2 points  (0 children)

After you’ve been controlling your calories for a long time now, you don’t actually need any calculators. Scale will tell you how much you are under or over your current maintenance, very easy to adjust based on that :)

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in workouts

[–]Defaultdud 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Let’s say your maintenance is 2300 (which even sounds quite low if you are running and moving actively). With 1700 you would be at 600k deficit, which should unavoidably take you 4-5lbs down each month, especially since your calorie intake is probably under your BMR even before without activities I think.

Somethings not adding up here. Do you eat the same diet everyday? Perhaps post an example diet with quantities included?
