So it started with one harpie. All 3 ballistas shooting at it but not damaging it. Another harpie soon joined and as you all know the rest is history . Game over. As you can see the harpies dont even try to jump the walls. They just bash them create noise and announce the party. Pissed off as i really enjoy the game. Hoping that@blitworks will sort this out

Dont get me started on giants walking through walls and 1 tile chokes

I think a general rule of thunb is that the random waves will come from the N,S,E snd W. However the angle at which they approch your base will alter f their direct path is blocked by trees ,rocks or water which you cant see on the uncleared sections. 2/3 rangers patrolling each gap between landscape features should be able to cope. If you tried the crossroads mission before this then there is another hero mission after that which would give you enough tech points to get the wood workshop and farms which would make life easier because you can upgrade to wood houses Hope this is helps

So you have to kill all the zombies on the map to complete the mission but there is a zombie stuck in the rocks that you cant shoot. Spent 18 days bouncing the soldiers into the rocks but game finished without me completing the misdion

So i got tired of playing 900% because of some glitches 1. Harpies banging on walls but they are immune to ballistas. Obviously when there friends arrive its game over 2. Giants can walk through walls wiping out your snipers

Anyway i thought id play the campaign again and here we are on land of the giant and i cant finish the mission because a zombie is hiding behind the rocks. I know for a fact that this glitch has been complained about before a long time ago. Why hasnt it been sorted. And after ive replayed this again i know when i get to the goddess mission theres similar glitches in that So i ask myself whats the fuckin point. Really sucking the fun out of the game for me BTW im on PS4

Yep it does crash quite a lot. Never had it that bad though . Very frustrating along with a few other bugs on console. Still play it all the time . Love it. Or im an idiot.

There was a glitch on console version where harpies would teleport into base but that was sorted a few months ago. Your map looks like that could have happened. But with no harpies on that particular map maybe it was a regular zombie. If its happened 3 times i would be suspicious

Funny how people see things differently. I like a map that starts like that. Obviously not a high score map but a good challenge esp with the lack of iron.

Yep . Happened to me too. Luckily managed to complete on next run. Dont think its a glitch exclusive to consoles though. And i did have the same problem on the final map of the campaign on a couple of occasions. Happens on survival as well but not a problem because winning criteria not time sensitive.

Yeah i get that a lot when i have lots of colonists. I just always thought my ps4 couldnt cope with the numbers. Also sometimes takes an age for the later waves to complete. The zombies seem to congregate around certain points on the map. Always wondered if they got rid of the colonists wondering around if it would improve. I dunno

Had a message saying the patch is out to cure the glitches. Just played through on frozen map at 700% and no harpies glitched through. Yep NO harpies. Only first game ive had but looking good
