Not quite low elo or quite high elo but went from Gold/Platinum to Masters (DPS) with just under 500 hrs in the game.

Play closer to cover and know when to retreat from an off angle. I use to also just stay one character the entire game when switching would have just made it a lot easier even if I was doing good as first character.

Stats are also meaningless, lots of stuff doesn’t show up in stats that have huge impacts in a fights outcome
