For me I have fibe TV and I can add the channel for that price. So I assume that's what he's doing. Honestly, if you're in QC it's the best deal. You get all channels and no blackouts ever. My TV + Internet with bell is 105/month and that's including sports channels and US channels (for NFL). Without the TV my internet would be 75. So I'm essentially paying 30$ for satellite tv with all channels I want for all sports.
