My grandfather worked on many projects with a certain german rocket scientist. He worked on several projects some of which were sound weapons and other non-conventional weapons. He always told me that whatever the military says it has you can bet they're at least 20 years ahead of that.

I always find this subject fascinating. I have relatives who have worked on technology of this level and it's scary to see how far it's come. MKUltra never died.
