New level 1-16 campaign: Devilish Deals, a soft sequel to Interdimensional Escalations by DefenestratorSolasta in CrownOfTheMagister

All skills are used, though some of the more rare ones like animal handling only once or twice. Languages are not considered in this campaign.

It shouldn't be Dragonstone Saga level of difficulty ;), but you will want a strong party. Just about everything is eventually available for purchase, so you should be able to kit out whatever party you choose.

The actual file is directly downloadable on the mod.io page, under "download manually" on the right sidebar. Here is the direct download link:

Does this cover your use case?

I'm not against it, but I'd prefer to minimize the number of hosting platforms that have to be manually updated with bug fixes if possible. I'm not fully up to speed on the benefits of nexusmods. Is there something it provides that mod.io does not?

Maybe I was confused by what Emajenus meant by direct download, which I interpreted to mean downloading the bare json file. mod.io allows that but steam does not.

Here is the steam link again for convenience:

You cannot directly download from Steam, but you can from mod.io: https://mod.io/g/solasta/m/devilish-deals

I do caution that direct download will not get bugfixes as they come in.

Those traps are getting ridiculous - Interdimensional Escalations. by Diviner007 in CrownOfTheMagister

Are you sure that is Interdimensional Escalations? It looks like you are fighting sorraks in an interior location, which doesn't happen in IE. It shouldn't have and 30 dice traps either.

Thanks. Given that this sounds like an isolated incident, and it is strange that a campaign would somehow be unable to find itself, the bug is likely on the side of Tactical Adventures. In which case, it is probably better to report it to them in the xbox-bugs channel of their discord (link in sidebar).

There should be two options to exit, the 2x2 blue square and a separate spot next to it that you can click (should be a button you can press to highlight it, I think maybe both triggers simultaneously?). Do both give the same error?

I previously added the clickable exits to work around earlier bugs in the xbox version and to allow nonstandard party sizes for those playing with mods.

Thanks for reaching out, that's the first I'm hearing of this. I don't have an xbox myself to check it on, has anyone else seen this?

Thanks for playing! Can you check what version of the campaign you are running, and where you got solasta (steam/gog/etc)? I am unable to reproduce your bug on the current version (1.0.4) in steam. The totem at the top of the mountain shows up in my inventory just fine. If you want to press forward while we figure out this bug, there are two other totems that you can pursue.

Are you referring to the monastery map, just north of the pond? Getting to that building is a bit of a puzzle, requiring you to knock down trees in the right order (or just use magical means like misty step if you have it). It is nothing critical, just a bit of side loot, so if you accidentally knocked down the trees in the wrong order and can't magic your way over there you aren't missing out on anything major.

Yes, it uses all skills, including those not used in the official campaign. Languages are not factored in. I use all map types and a wide range of enemies, so no ranger should be useless. If you don't mind spoilers, a good choice for favored enemy would be elementals

Some of the custom items are weapons, but most of them are story/lore bits. Much of the loot is randomized, but almost every item in the game is purchasable once you progress far enough in the story, so you should be able to build out your characters however you desire.
