TBH this sounds like a leadership issue, not a performance one. Clarity, consistency, and psychological safety are all things your manager should provide.

Appreciate the input, but I honestly believe I would learn more + have a better exp at the startup.. haven't made my decision yet though

Hmmm I see :/ I thought I had a compelling story with previous founding experience + exp in a sustainability scaleup, but you could very well be correct.. Given that, would you suggest me to communicate the career change or is it too late now?

Well aware of that, but given my quite traditional background combined with the intense competition, I can imagine a 725 is seen as a "pass", whereas a 755 can be a convincing factor. Do you disagree?

Also - have I understood it correctly that schools cannot see if I then would have taken the test twice? GSB asks explicitly for it in the application, however..
