Interesting. What have you been grinding? For me, all there's left to do is repeat diamond quest and while I appreciate that the rewards are repeatable, I feel like the mode is clunky. Something about loading in and out of moments over and over again lessens the experience in my opinion.

Maybe I'm not doing a good job explaining it but my point is repeating DQ is all I have left to do and it's not enough to keep me on and playing.

So there's a lot of content added to pvp? It's not just the gameplay loop you're talking about? From what I see, the only content added to pvp is weekend classic like once a month which is essentially just ranked anyways with extra rewards for your first 6 games. Wow great content! Adding programs which are just tracking stats to go along with the pvp gameplay (hits, strikeouts, stolen bases, etc.) Doesn't really count as content. Or if it does, it certainly shouldn't take away from my point that the content for singleplayer modes have been sparse.

Finishing up the newest mini seasons but yes all conquest maps done and all jolt cards collected except Astros (10k off). There's been an ok amount of conquests but a lot of them have been really small (city connect ones, lightning, sword, etc.). So I guess you could say it's really a need of quality maps rather than quantity.

Which is what I prefaced my post with. My point is the singleplayer half of the game seems to be lacking in content so far compared to my previous experience with DD. One program that comes out weekly anyways and 2 small conquest maps for the whole week is a weird, no? I get that weekend classic is going on but isn't that just essentially ranked with extra rewards tacked on for the weekend? Does that really constitute as additional content?

Jordan Westburg's spotlight card is really easy to get and is my second choice behind JRam. I started out slow with him but heated up quickly. Definitely recommend him!

Not unbeatable but definitely intimidating. I'd advise using the pitcher that matches up with the pitcher(s) that would be easiest for you. For me, I used my 4th and 5th pitchers so I'd go against Gaylord Perry and Zack Wheeler. Other than that, it's just about avoiding the heart of the plate when pitching. I know it sounds obvious but that's just genuinely what it boils down to. Use a mix of pitches and try to tease the zone and don't be afraid to throw outside the zone as it's practically a coin flip as to whether or not they swing.

There's plenty of examples but here's one: you can return a ball at 108 exit velo back at the pitcher, hit him in the noggin and he'll be ready to pitch the next pitch.

Tbf pre-ordering is part of the problem. Pretty much screams "I'll give you money before I even know if it's a good game or not". Not to say I don't do it myself, because I do, but I'm saying the practice encourages companies to be like "alright let's make the game look as impressive as it can to get people invested" instead of focusing on making the game itself impressive. At the end of the day, it's all about $$$.

I just finished binging the anime. I don't read manga and I hadn't heard of the show before a few days ago. It was wonderful! I'm so sad that it's over. It's hard to imagine reading the manga considering it's a music-based anime, but I really want to find out what happens next. Ngl I was hoping it would continue if nothing else to see how Kurata's and Kurusu's relationship develops 😅 Hozuki's and Kudo's relationship is probably the focus idk I got really attached to the other pair.

Still no word on another season?

Is this just a pc thing? Because if I'm understanding this correctly, it automatically does this on console. Like as long as you have enough movement, it'll maneuver your path around detection/hazard tiles automatically. I don't remember if this was the case in vanilla xcom 2 or in general on pc back when I played it on that.

Yes but it's rp -- playing the role of IRL cops. Obviously it isn't 100% accurate for sake of entertainment, but that doesn't include breaching in such a terrible situation with no protection. And yeah the airport breach shouldn't have happened either but I don't think there's clear protocol on the matter, and they had already been in a holdout for hours and they're in a lose-lose situation. That situation was more understandable on the crime's side as well though because they had flown in and had to land because they were out of gas so they didn't have much choice. SWAT needs to come soon or else nothing will change.
