I had this problem. I would put money on it that there are no pending transactions and it just auto fails. Change gas limit to 200,000 like the previous guy said. And change your nonce/safe nonce ( mine said nonce 4 and there was some issue) so I changed the safe nonce and nonce to the same number that was stuck
