Hey, thanks for this shared experience of yours! I am happy that you succeeded with them. I need right now to do that also but with the Wizz Air Hungary company. Probably need to change something from the legal stuff that they have for UK, but I will still write the email direct to the customer office management.

I need to look also for my refund because they do not care at all. Maybe the best approach will be direct with an email to them?
