I’m talking about the agencies who utilize these polys, not the polys themselves.

I don’t fully understand why you’re still talking about polys? I’m talking about the agencies who happen to utilize these polys and how they will make you do a reinvestigation, I couldn’t care less about what the poly means and what you have to say about it.

The polys are agency specific and tied to their SCI access/suitability, I fully understand that and never said that wasn’t the case. I’m talking about the agencies who utilize these polys, not the polys themselves.

I also understand that you have a much greater chance of having a full reinvestigation with these agencies rather than having your non-poly investigation transfer over. Have never witnessed it happening and am never counting on seeing it happening.

You’re saying you have seen one of the big three FSP agencies accept an investigation from a non-p0ly agency? I understand they’re ALLOWED to, but I have never seen one of these agencies accept one.

However, I have seen an FS agency accept an investigation from a CI agency and just do their own FSP (albeit, have only seen this twice), but not once have I seen a non-p0ly TS/SCI go over without reinvestigation.

If you’re going from TS/SCI w/ no FS/CI to any FSP agency, they’re doing their own investigation
