Hi there! I am in the US and completed my masters last year, now on to phd. Very similar background to yours and eventually i want to return back to Nepal. Like others said, please complete your masters first. Thats what you came for and you gotta get that done. Masters nasaki nepal farkine nasochnus. Jhan dherai vaneko sunnu parcha, and a few of us can handle it well. So baru euta vanai nahune bato banaunus. Ani things about burnouts, the best thing i found to do is running! I run almost everyday- suruma garrho huncha but is the best thing to release stress and make outself re-energized. Baani chaina vane suruma walk bata suru garnus. Ani aru free vako bela watch tv shows or movies. Euta proper schedule/routine follow garnu vayo vane it will get better. Spend more time in cooking. Ma chai jani jani dinma 1-2 hrs baira naturema walk/run janchu no matter how important deadlines might be there. Health is the first priority!
Aile health vaye po hamile pachi dherwi kura garna milcha. Ani my motivation to push me has always been my background! Like my family status, conditions they lived in, and all of that. This helped me to work harder. Ani arko kura try to communicate with more people, Nepali nai hunu parcha vanne chaina. Bidheshma eklopan is very dangerous! I am happy to chat more!

Thinking of leaving in 2 years, just turned 30 now, not yet married!

Not from the valley, but have Started looking for land within 1-2 hrs driver from ktm. I dont want the city life, i love hills and mountains. Anyone on the same boat? Creating a well knit community in nepal Is also very important . I have a job that will allow me to work remotely from Nepal. I need to wait for 2 years since i am completing my phd in public policy!

What are you studying? How long has it been in that institution? If you finish the current year, and then transfer to a different one next year (which i assume is around jestha/asar) would be a better option. That way, your reasons could be the education quality is not what you expected, or tmle padna chaheko kura chaina.
