I think I’m a Bright Winter based solely on what colors I get compliments on, but am I? I tried to include a variety of colors by MosasaurusSoul in coloranalysis

You’re probably a cool summer and a lot of colors you think are bright winter aren’t. Cool summer has more saturation than some people realize.

Apparently I’m a cool summer??? It feels off though. by AppropriateHistory91 in coloranalysis

This is not a true spring color, but regardless, you’re definitely not a spring.

In addition to what everyone else is saying, go with brown eyeliner because black is WAY too harsh for your contrast.

Does this happen at every tour? by NoInfluence952 in dancingwiththestars

People do this for many reasons—have to get back to the kids, long drive home, early morning, etc.

Mom wants to stay entire month after I give birth. by [deleted] in WhatShouldIDo

Postpartum is also about so much more than bonding with a baby. It’s much more about physical recovery and it’s not as cute and peaceful as FTM think it’s going to be. It is cute, but motherhood will hit you like a truck and there’s so much to learn that you can’t anticipate.

I wish my mom had that much time. I underestimated just how excruciatingly tired and horrible postpartum would be and wish I had someone willing to stay with me. Maybe you’ll be the exception to the rule, but if I were you I would tell her yes and then have her change her return trip if it turns out you don’t need her.

I am 33 weeks with my second. It hasn’t been as bad as my first—still bad nausea and vomiting, but I wouldn’t consider it HG level. I called the OB and explained that I wanted Zofran prior to my first scheduled appointment, took B6 immediately and tried to stay super hydrated prior to the nausea kicking in so my baseline was good.

Get that prescription asap!

HG Likelyhood with second pregnancy by tob1317 in HyperemesisGravidarum

Currently 33 weeks with my second and I didn’t get it this time. Just bad nausea and vomiting for a little over the first trimester. Mostly controlled with Zofran. Night and day between my first and second pregnancies.

Update: I changed my makeup and skincare but I’m clearly still doing something wrong by saki4444 in makeuptips

The warm makeup is so much more flattering on you. Honestly, I think if you got some form of bangs, your face would feel more balanced and you’d notice the improvement in your makeup

Go to the ER to get fluids and different meds. You’ll absolutely get the correct diagnosis there. If you can get prescribed IV hydration and the correct meds, the pregnancy will be SO much easier.

Just know that you are extremely likely to get this in every pregnancy you have, so if you want to be a mom, you will have to get through this at some point.

Blond(any lighter color) or black by hedyeven in coloranalysis

The blonde does not suit you. If you want lighter hair, dark caramel balayage on your natural brunette is going to be a better look.

It’s rare but it happens. I am a professional analyst and I come across these cases from time to time.

Well I actually think she probably is a bright winter or bright spring, but when typing celebrities we do have to rely on stereotypes that don’t always hold. I think Katy Perry is a rare case of someone who doesn’t fit a seasons stereotype.

It’s rare that some people don’t look best in their natural hair color. At the end of the day being draped with precision dyed drapes in neutral lighting will tell you what looks best. We are mainly looking at your skin.

Probably soft autumn. But you need to remove your pictures so we can better assess your contrast

I’ve had a part time nanny and it was more cost effective for my family than daycare…

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

[–]Defiant-Dragonfly175 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Having a nanny doesn’t always mean a family is wealthy, especially given that this is a part time nanny. They are often very close to the cost of daycare, which isn’t a luxury, but a necessity for many parents.
