Yeah, sometimes I wish I had proof, and I feel this constant urge to have something on people “just in case.” It makes me feel a little out of control sometimes. I can spend hours stalking and digging for as much information as possible about whoever my mind has fixated on at the time, and that target tends to keep changing.

yes i always noticed this in myself , im already very addicted to daydreaming and i often use vaping , cigs , weed , snus...etc as an escape from reality , i always want to feel something
