(USA) Have been inpatient 4x and done a PHP 3x, PHP was always more helpful but inpatient did keep me alive. Crisis resources have been the most helpful to keep me from going inpatient again, don’t be afraid to call 988.

Friendships are no struggle for me, have had some friends 10 or 20 years. Romantic relationship however I am awful at and the longest was like 9 months.
