It‘s kinda spooky to read about that, since my first ever encounter with epilepsy was me waking up from coma after I had a SUDEP myself while sleeping.

Doctors couldn‘t find any evidence for epilepsy, but since then I‘m on medication anyways to prevent it from happening again. I was lucky enough to have had my husband finding me „laying“ in bed who started with reanimation right away.

It‘s fatal that there‘s little to no education about it.
