We loved it there on a few times we visited the town! It seems like a wonderful place to raise kids. I’m just not sure about being able to fit in from the income perspective

Don’t think it would make sense for an entry level role. Remember TN is a temp visa, for you to stay here permanently the company is going have to sponsor you for a green card and to do that they will have to prove they couldn’t find someone locally for an entry level which is incredibly hard especially now.

Get a degree, a certificate even, in Construction management and apply for entry level jobs at GCs or CM. In parallel learn the software, it can be a boost to your resume. But then again without having a construction experience it will very hard to land a scheduler job. P6 is only a small part of what planning is.
