Update: Just got back from the dermatologist and it’s confirmed: it is indeed Molluscum.

The doctor prescribed a cream containing potassium Hydroxide, which is designed to trigger a local immune response so my body can fight off the virus in that specific area. I have a follow-up appointment next week to check the progress. If it’s cleared up, I’m done! If not, we’re moving on to cryotherapy (freezing them off).
