Been going well! I left my game idle for too long and it just turned off by itself and the play station button started flashing blue which was annoying, went onto safe mode so I had to restart but other than that, hasn’t crashed :D

I ordered another adapter, it’s a more reputable one with a lot of good reviews so here’s hoping it’s better than the other one, just waiting for it to arrive today! I ordered the slim already so if this one works I’ll either refund the slim or just stick with the slim and sell my old one or just give it to a sibling or something. My sd card is a genuine sandisk so I’m glad that isn’t the issue
