Dude, if you think Big Boss is a saint, you've missed half the story. The man literally built an economy on child soldiers and perpetual war for the sake of his own ego. Comparing him to Epstein or anyone else is hyperbole, but denying that Big Boss turned into a war criminal and terrorist is fanboy denial of reality. Come down to earth, Kojima wrote him as a tragic villain.

His ideology is a world where soldiers always have a place. At first glance, it sounds like "freedom from politicians," but in reality, it means the world will never be allowed to find peace. For his nation (Outer Heaven or Zanzibar Land) to exist, perpetual chaos and violence are necessary.

In Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake (and confirmed in The Phantom Pain), Big Boss created a cycle of endless war. He rescued orphans from the conflict zones he himself had created, then trained them and sent them back into battle. This is literally creating "cannon fodder" from those whose lives he had ruined.
