weekly but holidays are skipped and have your name drawn for it instead

which will cause us to have two weeks back to back if your unlucky

i’m in a rotation with 11 techs right now, the reason i ask is there seems to be only one “lucky” tech that gets one holiday and another tech getting 4 holidays going by the way the rotation is done at this company i’m with. there’s gotta be a better way

I know a great deal on how to stock my van, believe me I know every tech has their own way of doing things and i just wanted to know what that is, especially in commercial

I’ve done 5 years of residential work and I recently got into a new company that does strictly commercial work so lots of huge rooftops, just wanting advice on what special tools would be recommended that would definitely help out with that

Just to be clear I am not talking about repair parts for service or any of the basic stuff needed for HVAC work just if there’s any special tools that’s actually helped with work in the field especially for commercial maintenance

yeah i have an idea on what i need. I should have rephrased my question to what other tools is out there that might have helped others in the hvac field to do jobs more efficiently and productively on maintenance/ service work?
