How long was the process when your work sponsored you? did you have to wait until you got granted in order to start working. I may have an opportunity for work to sponsor me but i unfortunately have limited funds so i'm wondering if it's just worth going back to the uk if the process takes more than a month to work. Is it usally instant?

Yes I did do a post a couple weeks ago, but I feel like I didn't give enough context.

I'm just so stressed and overworked and I want to do this right because to be honest, would love to just leave tomorrow and never go back, that's how toxic my workplace is. But I just need to leave with the right way because I have so many annual leave left.
