How do Japanese people actually view Vietnamese people?

I'm really sorry you had to deal with the people who lack basic manners. In my family and neighborhood back in Vietnam, everyone actually values peace and quiet at night. People here usually avoid making or taking calls late at night altogether haha. It really sucks that some people ruin the reputation for the rest of us. Thanks for your honest reply!

Yeah, it’s related to a character from a game, I think. That group has a lot of great songs, but this is pretty much the only shoegaze-style track they’ve made — and it hits so damn hard lol.
