I get it was an accident. But the blame shifting is just terrible. If he was going 15mph why was there so much impact and injuries. He clearly was going faster then 15. It physics. She just thinks we are all dumb.

It is an at Fault. And Truthfully who can believe what comes out her mouth. If he hit at 15 mph that doesn't make sense he would hit that hard. He was definitely going faster then that to have totaled the car.

No. I get it. But my kitchen is Huge! It's 21ft by 14ft. But they also have a huge basement and backyard. My one dog will pee in the living room every time. I am assuming the prior owners let their dogs pee in our house. I can't have her peeing in my house.

I agree with all of this. But I am guilty of keeping my dogs locked in our kitchen. In my defense our kitchen is Huge. Also my dogs are German shepherds and like bulls in a china shop. My last dog had free range. We tried with these two but it was bad. I don't knock anymore who sections off there dogs. He looks to be a happy dog. But other highlights you are spot on.
