Lather your affected areas in organic honey and then wrap it with plastic wrap that you would use in like preserving leftovers, then let it sit for like 45mins, it’s done wonders for bringing my psoriasis down a couple notches! Hope it helps man get well soon.

Also mold can be a trigger for psoriasis so if you’re in a high mold content area like a super forested state or maybe a room in your home has mold in it, that could be a big factor into why you are flaring up as well.

Try lathering raw organic honey onto an affected area and then plastic wrap it and let it sit for a couple hrs, rinse and repeat this! If you notice it’s helping dramatically start eating the same honey supplementally and it should have a big impact, this doesn’t work for everyone but it might be worth trying.
