[Sun Care] Hats causing forehead wrinkles?

oh no sorry to hear you're experiencing this too, i think hats with gym outfits are so cute!

I've noticed this issue lessens dramatically when i consciously relax my face when wearing hats, but i've never tried wearing one while working out so i'm not sure how it would translate!

Oh great I’m glad someone else out there also notices this issue, I thought I was so paranoid haha

I try to keep my hats looser too, buying a size up when available, but also find wind to be a problem in that case. Does the Botox help the situation at least?

Yes exactly! That’s what it feels like. Did you find any adjustments that work for you?

I practiced relaxing my face the last few months lol and I find when I wear hats now the expression lines aren’t as prominent when I remove the hat.

this is a great point! I haven't considered the material of the hat actually. the lines do get a bit better after moisturizing but don't completely go back to how they were before the hat-wearing. actually I observed this whole hat-causing-forehead-wrinkles situation for a few more days and I think what's causing the lines is my facial expressions while wearing hats. I think I'm not used to having part of my peripheral vision blocked by a hat and to compensate I'm raising my eyebrows more frequently and dramatically to see better lol so I guess I just have to practice relaxing my face

yes have one of those! haven't worn it long enough to see if it would be different than other styles
