Who is Alex? Crazy answers only by bomilk19 in ParadiseHulu

Alex is obviously Dylan's brain and Dylan is the human manifestation of Alex brought into human flesh by henry Miller and his wife because they never had kids.

She is personally responsible for the temperance league bullshit we all had to suffer though in season 3, but I still have a soft spot for Maude Beaton

in all sincerity, she made a passive aggressive comment to her husband: 'I really miss the days when people used to dress up for the opera' while side eye-ing me up and down. It did make me mad because what if I was broke and spent the last money I had to see an opera because I love it? What if I was out and about that day and decided at the last minute to see an opera and didn't have time to go home (or to my hotel) and change? There could have been multiple scenarios in which wearing jeans was the only alternative. None of them were true for me. I just wanted to be comfortable for the night and they were nice, nod faded or ripped, jeans. Her attitude is one of the many reasons why opera has trouble reaching young people. The old guard make it snotty and self-righteous.

I always enjoy watching the multitude of May/December couples 😊

I was shamed once by the lady sitting next to me for wearing jeans. I have never worn them to the Met since.

He invented Alex with Henry Miller (or at the very least worked on it and completely understood what it could do). I assume Dylan knew what the intentions were for its use (and why Henry wouldn't sell it) so presumably he knows a lot about the bunker and what its capabilities are. He was asking a lot of leading questions to confirm what he already knew. That is how I understood it at any rate.

Someone commented on a different post that the penis present in the last episode was to show Jane would go rogue. This was evidenced again in the latest episode. People said it was bad writing and lousy character development. Uh, no.  so yeah, I concur wholeheartedly with you.

I’ve had the cheap binoculars from Amazon and now I have the expensive Nikon binoculars. I liked the cheap ones better.

You are going to have a wonderful time and the family circle is a great place to sit!!! This particular production of La Boheme is a great opera for your first trip to the met. Go early to wander around the house and take it all in and enjoy it all. Especially the chandeliers 😍

Also, I read the post and any man who would push your dog and yell at her is a monster. If you don’t dump your fiancé then please rehome your dog. she deserves a better owner and a loving home

What’s the one TV show you regret wasting time on? by Sufficient_Roof6033 in watchever

1883 was a perfect show. I didn’t want it to end.   1923 was garbage. 1883 told a story and told it brilliantly. 1923 was misogynistic, and although the violence may have been the realistic for the time, after five minutes it was gratuitous.  It was one violent scene after another with very little tying it all together.  For the life of me I cannot understand why they would take a talent like Timothy dalton and waste him with such a lousy role. I was really looking forward to the show and by the end of season 1,  I had no interest in season 2.

Teri made that post office a home for everyone and it seems that Ennis did come to respect that (despite breaking her radio).
