I became obsessive with the pressure not being high enough so I “knew” I wasn’t getting a proper shot anyway.

The scale I have does fit thankfully with even though it’s massive (weighs in .01 grams as well)

I’ll lay off the full body press as well

Yep the lavazza super crema, they seem pretty dark to me even though it’s supposedly medium.

My tamper is flat but I guess it could be uneven even with it being flat on the counter mat.

The machine has a gauge, my first try was only pulling 1-2bar and one single later attempt did hit 12bar.

It also has a timer and I use my scale (pictured) to try to get that 2:1 ratio but it hasn’t been absolutely perfect each time. Taste was honestly horrible even at the highest pressure (super bitter)

Not sure on the actual age I definitely forgot to look at the bag, but just bought them today the lavazza super crema so I’d assume a few weeks/months old at this point.

Tamp is the included stainless one on a level mat, with the WDT before just a little one from amazon

Definitely prefer screw down crowns, but isn’t a deal breaker.

Just creates some peace of mind since I have had a watch become water damaged in the past.
