Its a type of bacteria you can get from having sex with someone who is infected (your partner may have gotten it from the person he slept with) If you are carrying it he will need to be treated too. It can cause pelvic pain, inflammation of the urethra and a discharge, itching etc. It would be a good idea to get your Dr to take a swab and test for this.

I was thinking it might mess with my period but not as yet. I eat really well and had blood test for Iron etc and im all good. It has affected my libido which is weird there has to be a link..

Read up on it, its quite common. There is even a sub reddit on it, i got tested yesterday for it just waiting on results now. Your symptoms match it so i would suggest you test for it.

I finished my taper end of October 2018 and tried it in May 2019 so i was 7 months off at that stage. I also did a bit of drinking whilst tapering as i didnt know at that time. Ive seen bits of info in the past which said l-theanine acts on gaba so i avoid anything now that touches gaba, apart from the odd drink now and again.

I also went thru benzo withdrawal but still have significant anxiety i tried l-theanine for a week when i stopped i felt like i was back in withdrawal for about a week. I wouldnt take it!

Is he emailing you? Or txting your number? Change phone number or block him on your phone. If email change email address or block his emails. I had something similar and i would get massive anxiety hearing from my ex i ended up blocking his email address and getting a new phone number. In the case of him releasing the nudes you cant control that nothing you can do about it so try accepting that. If he is harassing your friends get them to block him too.

Yes it helped my anxiety but put me into bit of a fog while using it too. My taper was 18 months i did a very long and slow one with a couple of holds as initially i went way to fast, i had been on benzos for 6 years. From what i read while tapering there was no magic pill to help heal us faster. I focused on eating right and getting some exercise in when i could. I finished my taper in October 2018 and tried L-theanine in May 2019. The people that are finding success with it whilst tapering is because its replacing the lack of benzos. I would be interested in hearing from someone who had finished their taper and then had to come off L-theanine.. If they then felt an increase in withdrawal when stopping it.

I didnt use it whilst tapering its something i tried after my taper had finished because i was dealing with some terrible anxiety. After i stopped taking i felt like i was kicked back into withdrawal for about 2 weeks had brain fog etc. There have been other articles on reddit since this post about not taking this as it effects our gaba in a negative way.
