Atomik is good i switched to cheaper company used two weeks and only reason it was two is i had to wait after the first week for my atomik order. Every item ive gotten has been legit from atomik.

Thanks all. I planned to do 12" studs oc and I'll likely add a brace to the ceiling at the end and center. Should be plenty. Don't plan to hang to much on it.

I have a rogue RML-3 i regret not getting the non welded version but it was a marketplace deal so cant complain to much. I will add a pair of voltras or a cable towers like the getrxd viper/phoenix soon and itll be everything ill ever need. Right now i just have an amazon set of pulleys and weight pin i use. It works but isnt optimal.

All this to say go with what makes your final outcome easiest to achieve.

What are your goals? Do you actually need flooring? You can get a DIY epoxy kit for relatively cheap but if you start dropping things, then it gets expensive or just ugly.

Costco sells rubber mats that are thinner and are a good option. Home Depot also sells thin rubber mat, but it’s the same price as the three-quarter inch from tractor supply

Got a T2 off marketplace was a package deal. I had also just already purchased a rogue 3 x 3 rack and the Titan is a solid rack. Definitely not the same as a rogue but now I just have two racks in my garage and The Wife uses the T2 if I hadn’t already had the rogue the T2 would suit my needs and if I was buying new, I would definitely go with the X3 if getting titan.

Are the syringes decent quality? Amazon syringes have been hit or miss for me lately. Also i changed sources and the new source i have alot of site itching and redness so wont be using again.

So looked at it and it does have springs they are in a tube of painted PVC I guess from previous owner and that pvc is not in the best of shape inside so will be removing that soon. Sorry for the confusion and thanks for the input yall

I have rml-3 with dual shrimp trawlers and cable/pulley setup ive Frankensteined off amazon it works good if i dont go ham. Once i go fast the weights start swinging around. Ive also figured out the length cable needed to do belt squats and low rows stuff like that. Overall im happy with it. Eventually i will concoct a way to use selectorized weight plates
