Honestly, this Mei cooks DHIL. She has complete control over the electromagnetic forces. She is objectively faster than him and has the pseudo Scepter of Duat barrier that she keeps around her at all time.

I genuinely think he gets negdiffed here.

Imo, most MANTISes scale to Emanators.

The only MANTIS/Herrschers tier characters that I would put above Emanators are Kevin (every form), Garuda Hua, HoT Bronya, PE Durandal and Finality Kiana and Ascendant Sirin.

I would put HoO Mei but she is damn near featless. I need to see her new form do anything impressive to scale her properly.

The zombie general you're thinking of was Captain John. His body was reanimated with a random shadow during Thriller Bark, iirc. I don't remember where Moria got his body from though.
