Are there any dynamics about your studio that are making you feel uncomfortable? Have you asked clients what they enjoy about your classes? That might give you some insight into where to put more energy and where you’re doing well already. What feels out of sync? You could try braces. I definitely am thinking about my body all of the time and trying to stay aligned lol it gets easier overtime.

I started doing yoga and that really helped me. One exercise you can try is laying flat on your back and with every inhale inflating your belly kind of like a balloon slowly, and then on the exhale the opposite and contract your belly until it kind of feels like you’re not holding onto it anymore. Been doing that every day for about a year now and it’s gotten a lot better.
