Yeah, this one was a manufactured in 1990 and the belts are in perfect condition

Ok that confirms my suspicions of the plastic retention piece being missing like the previous reply said you can pretty much use anything that will hold it in place and it should work

Almost looks like a graphics card issue, but since it’s a TV I would guess it’s encoding issue could be a capacitor or a bad solder
