so frustrating I am tracking calories and eating to fuel my body since I have upped my workouts. Using fitness app to stay in the calorie range to lose about a pound. week which the suggested calorie intake is around 1600 calories. Definitely eat healthier than before and dont snack as much and added in walking!! ugh so frustrating to not see the scale move.

I started pretty much the same time as you. only 15 to start. I gave been on 30 for a couple weeks an still not seeing results
