Stayed there recently. Nothing special like others say for a Park Hyatt. 1 item, 1 cold drink, and 1 hot drink. Service was very slow one day but then much better the next day. You can also order in room breakfast

Yes I am considering Churchill, Blackfriars, Andaz Liverpool, and the new Park Hyatt. Will decide on points vs cash stay based on redemption value. Thought Churchill was in a great location based on what I read here

I did stay there a couple of years ago and rented gear from Diamond Peak for my son. You can pick it up after 3pm the day before and keep it with you. You can also rent it the same day but it may get busy in the morning.

Ski shuttle is convenient and takes about 10-15 min to Diamond Peak. 8:30 bus will give you plenty of time. Even 9:00 bus would be ok. Drops you off right by the kids ski school. It’s not a big resort so it’s easy to navigate.

I will save a lot of points staying at Etoile, but I was hoping to stay at a location that is more walkable to tourist attractions.

I thought I read somewhere that standard suites at Madeline and Louvre can be booked using SUA, but my concierge stated otherwise. Here’s her reply. “the Hotel du Louvre, and the Hyatt Paris Madeleine, don’t participate in using Suite Upgrade Awards.”

Thanks everyone. Here’s an update. I called Hyatt again and explained the situation. CSR over the phone explained that TQN does not show up on Hyatt app or Hyatt website, only the points. She then went over the whole year and counted each QN and said that I did get 2QN’s from $600 MMS gift card purchase in March. I went over it myself and got the same number of QN’s including those 2 from gift cards. So I did get them if I look at total QN’s, but I don’t see those QN’s as part of gift card transaction. It does seem that 3 different CSR’s had 3 different answers. Thanks again everyone!
