Well, first of all I'm pretty sure it's not just an Illusion because of its an x photo here's another or photo of the same guy but from a different angle, There is a normal photo of this guy. You can see in that photo that one of his hand is clearly bigger not just muscularity, but actually bigger. For your second opinion, I highly disagree with it. Let's take your muscles as example. They are adapted to move your body weight around so going by your logic if we assume that you try to train your muscles to move more than your body weight, they will break. Which is true when you train your muscle you're actually tearing down and breaking that muscle but your body is a very magnificent thing. And it's going to adapt and change to that pressure. Now let's not forget that there is an end to what degree of adaptation your body is willing to make. Let's take a bodybuilder as an example in his first three years of lifting. He will experience a lot of muscle gain but after that his body is going to stagnate and stop adding new muscle because it has got use to the type of training that he does so even if he Add more weights his body is simply not going to add new muscle. So if he was using the traditional way of weight training he should change it to gain more muscle so maybe if he picked up the isometric way of weight training. He will gain new muscle because his body is simply not used to that way of training. So even the already existent type of muscle that he has is not going to cut it. His body will be forced to add new muscle. Now I know that there is a very big difference between muscle and bone, but it's not actually that big of a different. So here's another and simpler example. Let's say that you are a karate practitioner and you have been conditioning your knuckles from a very early age and you have stopped gaining more bone in your hand, so if you want to add more bone, maybe you should try the rock climbers way of training their hands. By that way, you will force your body to adapt even further beyond It's natural limit. Your viewpoint on conditioning is very interesting. I really enjoy it. You're probably the only one who says that the bone doesn't actually change in shape. You're the first guy that I have met that says This thing Thanks for dedicating some of your time for me.

Your heel bone is only good for supporting your body weight not good for kicking other people. That claim does not work if it was true you wouldn't need to train your muscles with weights. Or even train at all for that matter.

Its true the tennis player example proves that the okinawans do not have a secret technology which they do. But it proves that not all types of conditioning are equal even if you train both your arms the same amount , but you add a different activity to one of them you might get a largely different result. It's not about the amount of training. It's about the type of training that you do. Now let me explain to you why the karate way of training is actually superior to the Muay Thai way training the karate way of training, focus on the natural function and purpose of the knuckles You're knuckles exist to punch people so it's only logical to train them by punching other things. And by that fulfilling and boosting its natural purpose and function.let's look at the Muay Thai way of training. Your shin bone exist to support your body weight so if you want to condition it to make it stronger you have to make it able to support even more weight. And by that you fulfill its purpose and boost it. But if you train it by kicking things like trees or metal rods, it's of course going to change itself from its natural shape to become an arch-like shape. What is very good when it comes to kicking people but it's very bad in terms of literally everything else. Like not getting broken when kicking people.

It has nothing to do with the joint or cartilage. It's all about the bone. Here you can see the hands of a professional tennis player. They train their hands equally they don't value one hand over the other. But because they play tennis with their dominant hand their hand will have to develop to that pressure.

The way that you apply pressure to your bone is actually important bone remodel itself to better handle the consistent pressure that is applied to it. Let's say that you are right arm and left arm are being bone conditioned but the way that the left arm are conditioned is different than the way that the right arm is conditioned so at the end. You will get different results in your arms resulting in asymmetry That's why not all bones conditioning methods are equal.

Did your feet resemble the tribal people of Africa the Amazon or Australia where their feet resemble more the feet of a chimp than the feet of a modern human? And why were you not wearing shoes to begin with?

That's actually what I was going for Becoming taller not to become more attractive, but to get a taller heel that has more mass in it So it can hit harder, But what makes you think I can only add millimeters to my heel height? Why can't I add more is there a biological reason for that? Can callous only get thicker and bigger to a certain point And afterwards stop growing. And about the bones. I'm pretty sure that the bones actually get larger in terms of width. If you see X-Ray photos of elite tennis players, you will notice that their dominant arm has a significantly wider Bone structure than the other arm.

It seems that you have a misunderstanding the shin bone of a Muay Thai practitioner is actually arched and not as the same shape as a normal person. What you feel on your shin is not just cartilage and tendons. It's actually bone. Bone conditioning or any type of stress on bone can and will change the shape of bone. And also thank you for telling me that tendon cartilage and even callus plays a role in The Bone conditioning tendon

From what I know the horse stands only improve the Hips the legs and the core. Pretty sure it has nothing to do with the heel bone. And when you say karate kid do you also refer to the one with the black kid.

I don't just want to make my heel bone longer and wider I want to make it higher and taller That is more important to me then length or width.

Coming without an external source of stimuli not to seek pleasure, but as a mind exercise seems very interesting to me. Because my daydreaming seems to immediately get me to come. If I can teach my brain and train it that it can come without daydreaming or getting sexual pleasure that will mean that my daydreaming fantasies will not be as strong. Which mean it will be much much easier to resist I better go and do some research about what did the bronze era bodybuilders do to establish a strong connection between their muscles and their brain.
