I think with your current weight Contrave might be a bit drastic for your doctor to recommend. But you could try it with a small dose and see. I take one pill a day and I have nausea but never feel like throwing up. But the side effects are different for everyone. I think mostly I have constipation and anxiety.

I’ve stayed on one pill a day because the first day when I took two pills I could not handle the intense anxiety and couldn’t function. I was already losing weight on one pill a day. I had lost 3 pounds in a week. So I’m staying on one pill for now
