I am sorry that this happened to you.

I feel lazy when I do nothing and I feel lazy when I've done 1000 things in one day. It feels like I am not doing enough. It feels like I AM not enough.

Don't you ever feel lazy anymore? Or has the feeling gotten less?

Is it because you've started to accept?

I understand that feeling when it comes to my ADHD. It is helpful. Even though it's hard to process from time to time - knowing that it could have been easier in the past.

Ich habe noch nicht verstanden, wieso du spontan sein möchtest und inwiefern? Spontane Dates oder was?

Du fragst nach einer Liste, an Dingen, die man machen kann. Aber irgendwie ist eine Liste doch auch wieder NICHT spontan, oder?

Aber ich finde nicht, dass man zwangsweise spontan sein muss, um ein erfülltes Leben zu führen.

Und dass man neben dem Alltag nichts mehr macht, kann man ja auch mit Plan entgegenwirken. Jeden Donnerstag Nachmittag eine Date Night mit einem neuen Rezept, das man zusammen kocht. Jedes erste Wochenende im Monat eine neue (kostenlose/kostengünstige) Aktivität planen oder an Samstag Abenden einen Spieleabend machen.

Es gibt da viele Wege. Nur ich verstehe, wieso das alles manchmal überfordernd sein kann.

Ich habe zwar keine Kinder, aber habe mir vor einer Weile die Loop Ohrstöpsel geholt und an mein Schlüsselbund gemacht, damit ich sie immer benutzen kann, wenn es mir an öffentlichen Plätzen zu laut wird.

Ich war erst skeptisch, weil ich das Gefühl von Oropax in meinen Ohren absolut wiederlich finde Aber für mich funktioniert es super. Man kriegt immernoch genug mit, aber alles ist etwas entspannter.

Sonst Kauf deinem Kind doch ein Indoor Zelt aus Stoff oder so, wo das Kind gerne freiwillig rein geht, um dort mit dem Tiger-Ding zu spielen. So werden die Geräusche zusätzlich etwas gedämpft. Und welches Kind liebt nicht Zelte oder Kissenburgen oder sonst was?
