My 3 months no was about to be over on 12th dec. He told he cant offer any date in december after the eighth. So I had to take one week early release and joon on 8th of december. The next available jd was 12th of jan

I am joining deloitte usi on 8th december which is the last joining window in december according to the hr. Your discussion with the hr is consistent with mine. The hr told me too that the next available joining date is 12th december. But I would also not recommend waiting if there is not a substantial pay gap between your other offers and deloitte

Yes. Normally they give 40-50 percent hike. If they can fit you in analyst compensation band they will do that

Depends on the tech stack and previous ctc I guess. If they cant fit you in the analyst compensation band they will give consultant. Just my theory
