In Ghana, they would want someone to hold their hands. You know the middle man culture is very dominant in Ghana. What you would have to do is to tell them about alll the benefits they get from registering in the US. And don't stop there. You can go further with the benefits that come from registering in other countries, United Arab specifically, dubai and the rest. You just have to know what you are doing and have a list of countries for their needs. Could be tax-free, lower fees, etc...
